No charge will be made for withdrawing an order prior to the despatch. To cancel an order call 0208 144 6240 or email sales@woodentoystoyou.co.uk quoting your customer number and reason for cancellation.
If you have a complaint of any kind please do not hesitate to contact us on 0208 144 6240 or by email at sales@woodentoystoyou.co.uk and we will endeavour to respond within 5 working days.
We will replace or refund all returns notified to us within 7 days. Please email us first at sales@woodentoystoyou.co.uk with the reason for the return. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging postage will be at your expense.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty we will strive to provide you with a replacement product as quickly as possible, or a refund for the full price of the goods plus postage and packing. Please note that postage and packing is not refunded for items that are unsuitable or unwanted.
As part of the checkout process we rely on the secure PayPal Gateway to handle your payment. We do not see, handle or store any of your credit card details. We only see name and address information to allow us to fulfil your order.
